Abstract
Primary tabs
The textbook deals with mathematical models and results of discrete systems analysis using analytical research methods. Models built on the basis of exponential type queuing systems are considered. Analytical research methods are based on the mathematical apparatus of the theory of random functions and Markov random processes.
The textbook material is accompanied by numerous examples aimed at developing skills and practical abilities to apply methods and models to study real systems.
Particular attention is paid to the analysis and studing the properties of systems represented by exponential-type queuing models. Designed for students studying information technology, as well as for bachelors and masters of computer science.
The manual can be useful for post-graduate students and specialists conducting research on real systems using analytical modeling methods.
